I need help/advice please!  (PRICES ARE ALL IN CAD) So on July 23rd I bought  a game called Overwatch from Blizzard Entertainment. The game was $54.22 dollars. I had $10.93 on my paypal account and $11.91 on my bank account. Not realizing that it would go through, I bought the product. I quickly panicked and refunded the product I accidently bought. Blizzard support said that the refund will happen within a week. I did some more research and found out that i could get charged a NSF fee from my bank. (NOTE: I didn't know what a NSF fee is before until that moment). On July 25th I contacted Blizzard support again to ensure the refund was happening. The rep talked to me and ensured it was happening. 5 min later i got the refund back. i saw that i had my 10.93 was back. Then I saw that the rest was on Temp hold. (The rest of the money was non-existant since i had no funds). I called my uncle and he give me $45. I assumed that paypal would take that money with my 10.93 and then refund it back. Next day ( the day im writing this) July 27. I opened up my bank balance and found that i got a NSF fee. The NSF fee was 45 dollars. I called the bank rep and tried to waive the fee, but it didnt work. Now its 2:15 AM writing this message as my last hope to get advice. Ive read that I can get charged another NSF fee by paypal. I really need help. I dont know what to do next. If you have any questions i will try to answer it quickly. ... View more
