Hey Paypalers - Last week I made a purchase with my debit card via paypal and I had no problems. Yesterday I needed to reset my password and had a verification code sent and I reset my password with no problems. But today I attempt to make a purchase on the same website as last week, but when I add my debit card to finalize my order, I get a message that says: 'We were unable to process your credit card registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date." So I login on PP website and there's a message saying: "Your account has been limited for more than 45 days. It will continue to be limited but you now have the ability to withdraw funds." How did that happen? The reason my account is limited is because of case that took place on June 5, 2013, but that case has been resolved for well over a year by now. And when I take a look at my limitation review all the boxes have green completed check marks, as well as a uploaded picture of my license. So I don't know how to regain full access. I just want to buy something before its sold out.
