I sold an item and the buyer requested a refund. I accepted the refund. After his request, my paypal was showing me being that much under, like -$60.00. So I added the money from debit card thinking it would automatically go to the buyer and it's still marked as pending in my Paypal. Will his refund go through automatically once it goes from pending to completed? Thanks
