Hello, I got my new Visa card just yesterday, there is some money on my bank account, because I used it previously. I can't link it to my paypal account. This is my first time using the site and it's already confusing. Why does it not accept my card? I get "try another card" message. My card is enabled for international use, that is confirmed. I even tried making another paypal account after deleting my initial one because I thought I did something wrong, and the same thing happens. All the provided data is correct and I don't see how it could be my mistake. Can you help me resovle the issue? There is nothing wrong with the card nor with provided data, so I really can't see the reason for the error message.
