My account has been placed on hold. Can't withdraw...

Hi guys. I'm new here so I aplologise if this has been posted many times before. I had a quick look through and I could not find anything.   I changed my password yesterday. I could not remember it when I was trying to log in on my mobile. I usually loged in on my laptop as my password was saved on there. I decided to change my password so I could log in on my mobile.   I managed to log in on my mobile this morning after getting my password wrong a couple of times. I then made a withdrawal and logged back out. A while later I tried to log in on my PC but forgot to change my saved password as it is just habit to log in using my original one (which  I could not remember). I logged in on my PC a while later, after one time getting my password wrong to see if the payment had gone through. The payment was still pending.    I realise this was very clumsy of me, I should have been more careful. It was an honest mistake.   I phoned up Paypal to ask why my payment is still pending and they said because my account has been placed on some kind of security hold due to "suspicious activity".   They said I will not be able to withdraw anything for 48 hours until the system unlocks my account. Maybe up to 72 hours They said there is nothing they can do to speak up the process.   Sorry if that was complicated to read. The problem is that I have no money in my bank account and I really need this money I am waiting for. I cannot wait 48 hours.    Is there anything which can be done about this? Any kind of dispute?
