I made a withdrawal to my bank account and it says complete but the funds have not been recieved. I made withdrawals to the same account previously and the money was available in my account instantly. I have called Paypal and apparently they are having technical issues. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem and do you know if they are near to a resolution?
