In case this is of help and referring to the original query re the shipping from address .... As well as address info stored in your profile there is also address information stored under "Seller Preferences" on left hand side of your Paypal home page. If you click on this link you will see at the bottom of the list of a section "Sending my items" / "Dispatch information". This is stored separately to your general address information so needs updating as well (if you haven't already).
