I bought an item that was described in EUC but I received it damaged. The packaging was not damaged therefore I believe the seller shipped it in that condition. She even stated that she didn't look it over before sending it. She agreed to a full refund, but I also requested that she pay for the return shipping since the item was damaged. She is refusing to pay for return shipping. What I need to know is if I file a claim with PayPal will I still have to pay for return shipping? I don't think it's fair that I should be out money because the item I received is damaged. Thanks for the help!
