Hi A person wants to pay me via pay pal for something on Gumtree They also wish to arrange the collection. I have said I will video the goods to show the product in more detail. If they still decide to go ahead I have confirmed in writing (via e-mail) that I will not accept return or issue a refund as it is sold as seen and any damage will be down to thier courier. The description is 100% accurate, they will approve the video and pay me before the goods leave but under pay pal rules will they still have 180 days to open a dispute regardless of our agreement "If they just dont want it" In this instance should I insist on a payment to my bank account?
