I've asked them a dozen times over several years to fix this. Instead they change the entire interface and make it so bad that it's almost not usable. But I got them to let me keep the old interface, and now the archive button doesn't work at all. It used to work after half dozen tries, but now it's completely broken. PayPal should be ashamed of themselves. I'm looking for other options so I can drop them. Anyone have a suggestion?
