First, I recommend accessing your account and taking a look at the Resolution Centre. If your account has some tasks pending to complete, this could be the reason why you cannot make a payment till the tasks are resolved. If you Resolution Centre does not show a pending task, the reason for this issue could be due to our internal security system blocking the payment.
