I am using my PayPal balance to try and buy an online item. For some reason I couldn't do this originally. I called PayPal and they told me I needed to verify my identity which could be done through a card (They told me this after 2 calls). As i'm always working in the USA (I'm a UK citizen so have a UK account) I haven't been able to find much time to link a credit card. I ended up linking my card before and to no surprise, I still got the same error. I'm sick of having to call customer service over and over as I do not have much time and even though the funds in my balance show as available, I still cannot use them. The payment I received was for physical goods and i've since posted the physical items. So therefore, i'm stuck with a loss of a huge sum of money that is showing as available. I really want this to be sorted out or i'm simply going to stop using PayPal. It's simply a waste of my time and their's, I just want to be able to spend MY money, in MY account.
