Same thing happened to me .. my visa card issuer is SABB saudi british bank ,.. i made three withdraws on 16,20,22 Feb this year ... 500$ each ... unit now i received nothing ... paypal says the problem is with your bank .. and my bank says the problem is with paypal .. i don't know who to beleive .. after all the 1500$ lost at nowhere ..
