Hi! I have been contacted by a buyer for an item I am selling and he wants the item shipped from UK to US. He then added that the shipping company requires payment before pick up of the item for which he is paying me "merchendise amount" and "transport charges". I need to make the payment via the MoneyGram service, show evidence that I have paid for shipment and THEN I can acess the amount he has paid for the item itself. I use Paypal frequently but I have never done this MoneyGram service via paypal before. My concern is that the emails I have been getting from PayPal are poorly written, englishwise. For example: We just want you to understand that we have choose this customer care email address as to monitor the transaction between you and <Buyers name removed from this post for anonymity> . We want you to know that we have many people on our desk that do pick calls from our customer's,and since this transaction was taken from our new measure it has not been spread and not all our representative on desk that has understand the new measure from PayPal.This is why we have choose to use our customer care email <email adress here> to monitor some transaction. So we will greatly appreciate if you could get back to us here so that we can process and credit your account fully. Before I proceed, I wanted to verify this on here. Everything else seems ok. The emails start with my personal name and do not have attachements but this poor English and email address supplied in the above extract seem off to me. Also, the email address this email came from is: service at paypay .com (paypalgroup at intl-payterm. com). PLEASE NOTE- I have had to put the spaces in the email address to be able to post them for evidence and your opinions. Any advice??
