Same issue with mine. I have had an open credit account for a week and it says I can utilize it, yet I'm unable to. It's getting frustrating. I've had continual people put me on hold, then hang up when I call I'm going in circles. I'm going to close this if the problem continues. I put an inquiry on my credit, and all for nothing
