This new platform is terrible! I'm not able send funds to my family and friends. I worked with the support team and security team for over 30 minutes and my problem wasn't resolved. My phone call ended with the representative advising me to try again when I'm back in the state of California. I do not have confidence in using PayPal any longer and I plan to close my account. I've had a terrible experience with the UI and am not a happy customer. I can't believe the security team didn't have permissions to resolve the block on my account. How am I supposed to conduct business?
