Yup, still a major problem. Has nothing to do with "updating". Have sent 19 messages with no replies and a 2hr, phone call being passed around to clueless people and then finally getting disconnected. Since I cannot access my account it has gone "delinquent" !!! I have written all 3 credit reporting agencies notifying them them of this debacle and of my numerous attempts to contact them. You may want to consider doing the same. I don't see them resolving this issue since it has been going on for many months now. Protect yourself !!!

Good luck with resolving this!!! Same problems here. Cannot even access Paypal Credit account, login takes directly to Paypal Extras account. 19 messages later with no response. a 2hr. phone call, being passed back and forth to clueless people and then finally getting disconnected. I am documenting all attempts to contact them. Have sent a letter to all three credit reporting agencies since I cannot access my acount to make a payment it will go delinquent and ruin my credit. Another letter will go out next week and the week after that etc., etc. until this is resolved. My suggestion is you consider doing the same. I don't expect Paypal to have this resolved anytime soon if ever. I am also sending letters to all merchants that I with and letting them know of this disastrous situation Paypal has created. Worse than dealing with the federal government!!!!!

Ha ha ha, Good luck with contacting "Customer NO-Service". My suggestion would be to sever all ties with this Bozo company and never look back. Worse than trying to deal with the federal government!!!!!

Anyone out there experiencing a similar mess that Paypal has created since introducing their "Paypal Extras Mastercard" ? I previously had Paypal Credit and since accepting Paypal Extras, cannot access Paypal Credit to make a payment. I was told they were to merge but that was a month ago, not happening!!! Not able to access messages in message center!! 2hr. phone call to Customer NO-Service resulted being passed back and forth to clueless people and finally getting disconnected. 19 messages sent with NO replies!! Unbelieveable. Used to like using Paypal, now I cannot wait to close accounts and just tally it up to dealing with another incompetent company out there. Paypal Credit, Paypal Extras, Paypal this, Paypal that, what a friggin confusing mess these Bozos have created. They couldn't have created a more complicated mess if they would have tried. Cannot wait to close my accounts and be down with these clowns!!!!
