Hi Everyone.
In September 2015 I paid by PayPal for software application. Unfortunately the version appeared old and non-working.
I raised refund ticket via PP, but they said that seller does not want to refund money despite I provided proofs of incorrect version.
After that I sent few feedbacks and complains but PP ignored them and advised to assess their service.
Beware of PP payments because PayPal service are crooks.
I detached all my creedit cards from PP.
P.S. this is an email of crook seller [*removed*], they have stolen USD 36.
