I agree. I have also borrowed money just to ship the items I have sold. I find it completely absurd, and any time I call to ask for help, I am directed to same page on PayPal that gives the same vague information that doesn't help me at all. Based on all of this, I will be discontinuing my PayPal account as soon as my sales are completed and my funds are (finally) released.
