This exact thing happened to me several weeks ago. I reported the incident to PayPal and my claims were denied because it was the same IP. The hacker used four transactions totalling $160. I subsequently contacted my bank in an attempt to do a charge back, but the bank determined the charges were "authorized". I uninstalled Team Viewer so hopefully I didn't harm myself by doing that and deleting logs.
