I'm proud to be using Paypal in Vietnam. And I started to depend on it to send payments to contractors who are working with me around the world. But now every few days, Paypal stops my debit card from working. I went directly to the bank and they said: - I have enough money in my account to cover all debit card payments. - There is no block from the bank and the debit card is good to go. So paypal, please respond to me. I really want to depend on Paypal and right now it just keeps stopping my debit card from working even though it worked several times AND there are more than enough funds there ready to pay.
