I know I'm horribly late to the matter, but just a couple of days ago I was able to use PNC. I had it verfied and all over the phone and did the transfer. However, it's only been 2 days at most. So I can't confirm that it has been placed in my account just yet. I was told the waiting period is 3-5 days.
