The last time I used Paypal was 2 phones and 1 computer ago. Paypal does not recognize the device I'm logging on from. They want to send me a text to verify, but it will go to an old number. I can't log in though to change my phone setting. I also can't open a ticket or access any help to resolve this issue because to do so, you HAVE TO log in.
