Raised many complaints with Paypal over the last 18 months due to overcharges on fees, received3-4 replies each time promising that someone woul call back, not once did this happen. As we are regularly receiving £20-30k each month in receipts through Paypal in one of our businesses and another £2ka month in the other, I am disappointed that it is so difficult to find the registration for lower fees and eventually when I did find it, it was not through Paypal's help it was through another site. Requested information through their helddesk but they could not help either. I spoke to Paypal and requested a backdated refund due to overcharging above and beyond the merchant rate and this has been refused. even though we now have clicked the 1.5% fee charge, we are still not getting it and are charged 3.5% on some transactions and 1.8% on others despite £250,000 a year going through the account. I would advise any business that is looking to use Paypal to manage their credit card or website payments to find another comapny. you cannot call them about any issue and expect them to care or bother calling you or resolving anything. I will give this company a score of minus 10 from 10 and advice that businesses stay away from Paypal.
