What in the **bleep** is going on with this company. People need to eat, and pay their bills.. they get away with charging us a $5 monthly fee for **bleep** that works maybe 25% of the time I don't know if it's PayPal's end, or theirs.. but someone needs to FIX IT ALREADY. On top of that, it's a **bleep** MONDAY, and their support line doesn't even work when you try and call it.. Not sure what kind of scam Netspend is running, but this is RIDICULOUS
