A buyer fraudulently opens a claim against me. Canada Post confirms that they delivered to that exact address listed in PayPal. I have emails from the buyer, provided to PayPal, where they acknowledge their purchase yet they did an "unauthorized purchase" claim. And PayPal charges ME a chargeback settlement claim? What a terrible, shameful business. I'm absolutely disgusted with PayPal.
