hello  no am   from tunisia , there is not community for my country     someone send to me payment , but it display for him that ERROR  This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions. so I  upgrade my account to business account for I could acces to the selling tools maybe there is probleme of blockage  in my account but its doesn't display the page of   selling tools  its blank the page  !     ... when someone send to me payment this message come for him  , ( I didn't change nothing in setting on paypal )   this receipent accept Paypal payments only throught their website. to complete this payment , please go to their website and follow their instructions , or email the recipient for instructions .     ...
