I tried to make a 50 MXN payment today but it says that was "declined" on Paypal. However, on my bank account, the charge was effectively made. The last time it happened, I had to ask for a refund to my bank because Paypal's Message Center doesn't work, or at least, it never showed the status of the two mails I sent. I even went to the official FB page in June 10 and I still am waiting for an answer. To be honest, it's been a disappointing consumer experience, because it's been the only time I've been at odds with this company.
