Does anyone know why I would be getting the following error message when trying to connect to the SOAP API from VB.Net? Paypal Error: An error occurred while receiving the HTTP response to https://api-3t.sandbox.paypal.com/2.0/. This could be due to the service endpoint binding not using the HTTP protocol. This could also be due to an HTTP request context being aborted by the server (possibly due to the service shutting down). See server logs for more details. INNER: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive. I got this as soon as I changed my security protocol to TLS 1.2. Is there another connection setting that I'm missing? Thank you for any help!!
