I purchased an item from someone on 6/5/16 and haven't received it. The person has disappeared and doesn't respond to emails, messages, etc. When I purchased the item, I didn't have a paypal account and was in a hurry, so I checked out as a guest. I have since created an account. When I go to file a dispute, that purchase is on my list of transactions, but I'm not able to select it. If I click continue without selecting a transaction, I'm not able to select the "problem with an item I purchased" option either. How do I file a dispute for this transaction?? Thank you!
