You can request that your monthly statement be sent to you as a PDF.  I believe this is chosen in your account preferences, but not sure.  If you want to see your statements, just log into your account and go the the "Activity" tab.  You will see a dropdown menu on the upper right side of the screen that says "Statements".  You can click on PDF, Activity Export, etc...  My frustration with the statments is that the ending balance on the statment rarely matches my ending balance.  Supposedly this has do do with "pending transactions or disputed transactions" but even taking these into account I can't always get the account to reconcile.  I don't understand this, as it is simple addition and subtraction but no one at customer service has been able to give me a straight answer!   ... Why doesn't my PayPal account reconcile like a nor...

When I reconcile my monthly PayPal account statmement with my personal account information in Quicken, it often does not match and I can't seem to get an answer from customer support why this might happen.  I spent 48 minutes today talking to 3 different people and got absolutely no answer.   On any bank statement, you should be able to start with an opening ballance, subtract the debits, then add the credits, and come up with a closing balance.  When I do this with a PayPal account statment the ending ballance that I get after adding and subtracting all the transactions does not agree with the ending balance on the statement.  In fine print at the bottom of the statement it says, "pending transactions and/or disputed transactions may affect this balance", but even when taking these into account, the statement doesn't balance!  This should be simple math.  The whole point of a statement is to check your personal accounting records with the bank's (in this case PayPal).  Has anyone else had this frustration? ...
