I purchased something using PayPal credit a few days ago on eBay and cancelled the next day. I requested to cancel the order, the seller confirmed the cancellation for me and sent my refund. I received an email from PayPal telling me that the seller sent me the refund. Yet when I log into my account it still says that I have $0 left in available credit.
