Well, i made an order via paypal and i ordered a phone from merimobiles my card wasnt confirmed though the site allowed me to go ahead and make the purchase then "something" went wrong with my order and although they had my address and everything they needed to ship it the order was stucked anyway i tried to get my card confirmed because i thought thats the problem i called my bank office and they told me that they have no 4digits code (the one i need to verificate my card) they will refund my order but my card isnt confirmed yet what should i do?..
