Hello paypal community, I am a new user to paypal, When I opened the Paypal account I aimed at making it a BUSINESS ACCOUNT and I had already linked my card to it, but then I removed the card and closed the account, fortunately I opened another paypal PERSONAL ACCOUNT but when I tried linking the same card but I get an error that I cant use that card, I should try another card, help please!
