So, I was locked out of my account due to a suspicious purchase in Germany, I'm stationed here at Ramstein AB, Germany, So I can't recieve a text or a call from them to confirm my identity since I'm not able to put in a German phone number. So I sent a picture of my Military ID to confirm my identity. Recieved an e-mail telling me it wasn't enough, but to log in and send an email with bank statement, or utility bill, and a drivers license. Well I get on paypal, and I can't send an e-mail unless I am logged in which my account is locked since the suspicious purchase. Surprisingly I can log in here to make a post. Anyway I can get an e-mail for tech support, or an answer as to how to go about getting my account unlocked. Thanks in advance, Matt
