So... That means that I can not send money to my brother from my Chinese PayPal Account to his American PayPal Account? Well That make's PayPal compleatly useless to me, thanks for the info. Wish I had sent more then $10USD with the first try (It went through) But everything after that is "This transaction cannot be completed" Well I suppose Western Union Gets my Money Instead... Great that's only about 30% more expensive.
