O.k it's like this l went to a local convenience store. Wear l purchase a prepaid card (paypal) and put 75 dollars on it. I sum l could pay my at&t.phone bill. Can't pay bill with it and then I was told lost money. So what l tjen did l download paypal app. I was able to recover my 75 dollars. I have know bank accounts or debit cards. But I do have a google wallet app i wad able to download. So with all that said how can i get my cash back??? Bill on the hill
