Calling Customer Service at Paypal.com and Paypal Prepaid is a joke. I have been calling everyday for 2 weeks at both numbers and no one can answer the problem. They just tell you to call each other. It would also help if they weren't using a script and could speak and understand English. I am also not seeing the Withdraw tab on Paypal.com which is listed in the Prepaid instructions to link and confirm Bancorp for transfers. I, too, am getting several different error messages when attempting to link and confirm with a generic error as of today. This is BS since alot of people use the Prepaid Card for everything. UPDATE THE INSTRUCTIONS WITH A BANK THAT WE CAN USE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
