Paypal announced that it is suspending business operations in Turkey effective June 6, after failing to obtain a new license for its services. http://techcrunch.com/2016/05/31/paypal-to-halt-operations-in-turkey-after-losing-license-impacts-hu... I wonder how that will effects both buyers and sellers in Turkey. I think sellers would not be able to recieve money as stated by the announcment, but does it mean also that no Turkish customer will be able to buy from eBay now? If I got paid my payment will be refused or that will only effect local mony transfer and local Turkish sites who are using paypal?
