@DPCreations And you're bringing up irrelevant issues because my bank accoutns that I was using before are mine. And it still didn't work. I have everything linked aswell. And If using other peoples credit cards is such an issue, They shouldn't allow you to link it to your account because I know that the credit card I was using for a method to resolve this case, Is already linked to another paypal account. ... @DPCreations I didn't do it until after I was going through all this non sence because I was trying to do everything that I could. And the credit card being under my family members name and them allowing me to use it knowing there was nothing on the credit card I removed it right away knowing that it didn't help. ... View more

I can say that i've tried everything I have to offer, As there isn't much more for me that I can do on my end, Seeing as how i'm not a employee for paypal. But having services like this is supposed to make everything easy. This is everything but easy. I'm even using the same bank account from before when I first created my paypal account, And it was allowing me to pruchase anything online and it would come straight out of my bank account with no wait time. ... I had my credit card applied to my account but it wasn't letting me purchase anything from websites or anything for that matter. And it would always say cannot go through with payment at this time please return to merchant and choose another payment method. My credit card wasn't mine I was just using that credit card to see if that was the issue for my paypal not working. But when I first started using my paypal I never needed to use a credit card the funds would come striaght from my bank account. Which is why this is concerning and extremely frustrating to deal with. If for some reason my funds get added to paypal and I cannot use it for some reason I'm probaly just going to send them back to my bank and close my account theres no point in trying to resolve somethign that paypal can't even resolve. ... Nope I was inactive for a long time on my paypal accout. And recently I opened it up and I guess i'm limited to what I can do or something and I called In to paypal and they said that I have to be active on the website or something all seems very odd. But if I can't spend money directly from my bank or credit card than how am i supposed to be active on the website. so i decided to try this I have a feeling I still won't be able to use my funds. But I was just going to give it a try. And I'm from canada. But no one answers on the canadian forum. Hey i'm having the same issue aswell.. I have everything verified but I still can't purchase anything. i've called twice they gave different answers. One said it was because I was inactive or something and I have to wait over time before I can buy anything.. They have nothing they can do about it which is awful because the only way I can purchase tsuff is if i'm active and I can't be active without buying stuff. I would contact paypal directly. I've been noticing alot of issues with paypal right now and not alot of answers I haven't been able to purhcase anything for a week and I have 2 bank accounts verified on my paypal.
