Oups.. forgot to tell you that no i didn't purchase anything since a few months back

Thanks for the reply! It was IN my paypal account temporaly because the user who hacked in my account paid directly via my credit card. I had a credited amount in my paypal account for about 10 days because they were "investigating". As soon as they had the confirmation that it was a fraud they sent me an email and told me the money will be refound directly on the credit card used for the "false" purchase. The day after the amount was not showing anymore. Now it's neither on my Paypal nor on my visa....

Hi, My account was hacked last month and Paypal refunded me the money. The money was in my Paypal account and was supposed to be transfered directly on to my credit card. Now they're is nothing in my Paypal account and nothing showing on my visa account either. What can i do? This happened on april 29th, i though it would probably take a while to get it back on my visa but it has been a month now. Thank you!
