We have lots of customers from Dubai who dont have post codes so are unable to use PayPal. We would like the option available to pay with debit/credit card without having to have a PayPal account. The option like this http://blog.online-convert.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/PayPal1.png is unavailable to us. We have PayPal Account Optional set to on in our settings. Anyone know how to make this option available please? All help greatly appreciated.
