Hi, guys I made a purchase online of about a $150 on the 14th of May and there was a problem with my order. On the 24th of May the supplier refunded me and it shows on my PayPal account as completed but it hasn't reflected yet on my account. Can someone tell me what is wrong as my PayPal balance also doesn't show the refund as it was refunded straight to my FNB account. I'm worried that something might be wrong here as the money shows as refunded on my PayPal account transaction history but its not reflecting in my FNB account. Should I maybe query this transaction with my branch or is the money still coming. Help please!!!
