I am selling an item on olx, a buyer has sent me a payment thru paypal, it has not appeared on my account even though i have received a confirmation email. They want me to send money to a delivery company thru moneygram and i dont know how because the money is not in my paypal account and i dont have $200USD in my account to send to the company. Help?
