As the title goes. I have been deducted a total of 300 PHP (Philippine Pesos) just to get my card confirmed/verified. The problem is, the first 2 attempts were failures as the system gave me an error "Service unavailable". I didn't think it would deduct any money from my card since it is what it is "unavailable" and every time I try to confirm the card, I still go through the page where all I can do is click on "Confirm my card" button. In my 3rd attempt today, I finally got a working 4-digit code and my account is finally verified. Question: Will I get refunded for the total of these transactions made to my card?
