This is ABSOLUTELY CORRECT IN EVERY WAY. I have money pending from a transaction that should have covered the shipping costs. I have had to borrow money to ship the item. It has been shipped and tracking numbers provided and still the payment is pending. Pay Pal should at the very least have to pay interest on MY MONEY that they have been holding. It is hard to imagine how much interest money they are stealing from customers while "pending payments." It is wrong, and I consider it theft. Paypal needs to address this situation. I hope that customers start a class action law suit that corrects this. It is WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!!!!!
