So, as title says, I'm limited. To remove the limitation, PayPal asks me to confirm my identity. And so, I proceed and click the "Resolve" button. From there, it asks me for my method of choice to confirmation of my identity. I select the first choice that says "Confirm Identity" It then however, takes me to a page that states "We don't recognize the device you're using." Giving me 2 choices, receive text or phone call for verification. I chose the text but it states I don't have a phone number linked to my account. And I do have one linked and confirmed. I thought it would be not a huge deal since it gave me an option to manually type it. I type it and continue. But that doesn't work, it states in a red box "This number doesn''t appear to be registered under your name. Please try again." What?! I've tried to contact PayPal multiple times to no result. I get responded to by their automated answering system redirecting me through the same process of landing on the exact same page. I get a response from a human the first time but after I reply, the emails stopped coming in. PayPal, step up your service. Now I'm asking the community for help in hopes of fixing this.
