@Steve_t38 It can never be fair to both parties as its always one persons opinion against anothers. Who is to say that the item you sent was not as described? And who is to say that the item the buyer returned was as described? As paypal does not see the actual item they normally find for the buyer BUT normally the buyer has to send it back at their own expense.
