Hello I have sold an item on ebay which is collection only. I usually receive payments instantly. Has something changed on paypal? My buyer wants to collect the item but I don't want to let this happen until I know that the money is available for me in my paypal. But I also don't want to lose my buyer!! I've done everything that Paypal has advised as far as I can see. I've emailed paypal and not got a response to my query.... I'm not very happy about this service now and am not feeling confident with paypal. what should I do?
