My account has had a limitation on it for around a fortnight now as they were asking to verify my details. i uploaded the necessary document - utility bill, passport within 48 hrs i have now messaged them over a dozen times with no response ive tried calling, giving up after holding on for at least 30 minutes on 4 occasions my ebay bill is due and im having to pay for all of my postage for my ebay parcels from my own card can anyone give me any advice, im at the end of my tether with them i cannot believe how bad this customer service is... many thanks
